What is a Cosmetic Consultation at Chicago Smile Design?

Typically, before doing any cosmetic work, we invite the patient to come in for consultation. We then ask the patient questions, “Why are you looking for cosmetic dentistry?” “What are you looking to achieve with Cosmetic Dentistry?” Trying to get an idea of the patient’s vision. Once we figure out the patients’ wants and needs at Chicago Smile Design, we then go to the next steps of getting records which involve photos and scans of any important information that will help the Chicago Smile Design Dr's achieve the patient’s desired perfect smile!

Can Chicago Smile Design Patients preview their Cosmetic Dentistry Work?

There is a way at Chicago Smile Design to get an idea of what your final smile will look like through our Chicago Smile Design “Trial Smile Process.” That starts with getting records photos, scans and any other pertinent information Chicago Smile Design needs to help design the patients smile. Once Chicago Smile Design has that information, they can then show the patient 2 dimensionally and sometime 3 dimensionally what a patient’s final smile will look like, before picking up a hand piece or do any drilling if it’s even needed.

Helping to create beautiful smiles for our patients is always a joy at Chicago Smile Design. While there are many ways we accomplish this goal, Cosmetic Dentistry can be the smoothest and least stressful, at least as far as our doctors are concerned.
